Bianca Jordan is an immigration attorney, entrepreneur, speaker, and advisor exploring ambition, self-authorship, and what it means to build success on your own terms.

She founded Brazen Legal in 2014, building a fully virtual immigration law firm before remote legal practice became commonplace. For more than a decade, she has helped families around the world navigate complex U.S. family- and humanitarian-based immigration matters while using technology and social media to challenge long-standing assumptions about how legal services can be delivered.

As attorneys and other professionals began seeking her guidance on entrepreneurship, leadership, and building careers outside traditional paths, Bianca noticed a recurring pattern. Many of the women she worked with— particularly eldest daughters of immigrants— had achieved everything they were taught to want, yet found themselves questioning whether those achievements reflected the lives they actually wanted to build.

That realization led to the creation of Brilliant Rebel, where Bianca works with high-achieving eldest daughters of immigrants navigating leadership transitions, entrepreneurship, and the gap between external success and personal fulfillment.Her work is grounded in the belief that success is not something to inherit—it's something to define for yourself.

Bianca holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business, an MBA, and a Juris Doctor.
